Unfortunately for some listeners receiving digital radio signals on indoor sets can prove difficult, especially if your radio isn’t near a window or if you have obstructions around or near your home that restrict the signal.
A poor digital radio signal can be characterised by loud pops and clicks but you might also find that your radio simply doesn’t find the number of channels you expect following a re-scan or simply falls silent when you choose you preferred station.

To use an external DAB radio aerial though, you’ll need to ensure that your radio has an external aerial input.
